Job description

Oversees daily opeations of the outlet to ensure smooth

service delivery, excellent customer experience, profitability, and

compliance with company standards. This role includes supervising

crews, managing inventory, driving sales, and maintaining a

welcoming and efficient work

environment.

Operations

Management

oversee day to day

operations of the outlet to ensure smooth functioning.

ensure compliance with company policies, health &

safety regulations, and service standards.

manage appointment schedule, walk-ins, and customer flow

effectively.

monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and

overall upkeep of the outlet.

Staff

Management

recruit, train, and

supervise crews.

prepare crew schedule and

ensure adequate manpower at all times.

motivate and coach crew to deliver high quality

service.

conduct regular performance reviews

and handle disciplinary matters when

required.

Customer

Service

ensure excellent customer

experience by maintaining high service standards.

handle customer complaints, feedback, and requests

professionally.

build strong customer

relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat

business.

Sales & Financial

Performance

drive sales performance

to meet or exceed monthly targets.

monitor

daily sales report, expenses, and outlet profitablilty.

implement promotional activities and upselling

strategies.

manage payment transaction, POS

transactions accruately.

Inventory

& Supplies

monitor stock levels

and place orders to prevent shortages.

ensure

proper handling, usage, and storage of supplies and

equipment.

conduct regular stock checks and

prevent wastage or

pilferage.

Reporting &

Administration

prepare and submit

daily / weekly / monthly reports on sales, expenses, and

operations.

maintain crews record, attendance,

and payroll support documents.

provide

management with insight for improvement in efficiency and customer

satisfaction.

Qualifications

& Skills

Hospitality, retail or

related field.

Minimum 2 years of supervisory

or managerial experience in retail, F&B, or service

industry.

Strong leadership, interpersonal,

and communication skills.

Customer focused

with problem solving abilities.

Proficient in

POS systems.

Work

Conditions

Full time position; must

be flexible to work weekends, evenings, and public

holidays.

Based at Great World

outlet.
