prepare crew schedule and
ensure adequate manpower at all times.
motivate and coach crew to deliver high quality
service.
conduct regular performance reviews
and handle disciplinary matters when
required.
Customer
Service
ensure excellent customer
experience by maintaining high service standards.
handle customer complaints, feedback, and requests
professionally.
build strong customer
relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat
business.
Sales & Financial
Performance
drive sales performance
to meet or exceed monthly targets.
monitor
daily sales report, expenses, and outlet profitablilty.
implement promotional activities and upselling
strategies.
manage payment transaction, POS
transactions accruately.
Inventory
& Supplies
monitor stock levels
and place orders to prevent shortages.
ensure
proper handling, usage, and storage of supplies and
equipment.
conduct regular stock checks and
prevent wastage or
pilferage.
Reporting &
Administration
prepare and submit
daily / weekly / monthly reports on sales, expenses, and
operations.
maintain crews record, attendance,
and payroll support documents.
provide
management with insight for improvement in efficiency and customer
satisfaction.
Qualifications
& Skills
Hospitality, retail or
related field.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory
or managerial experience in retail, F&B, or service
industry.
Strong leadership, interpersonal,
and communication skills.
Customer focused
with problem solving abilities.
Proficient in
POS systems.
Work
Conditions
