Job description

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Service  Executive (6 Months Contract) :

Job Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in customers and internal staff enquiries.
  • Provide basic technical advice and respond to customer needs.
  • Notify customers upon job completion and arrange for vehicle collection.
  • Prepare service quotations and follow up on repair status.
  • Negotiate pricing with customers and promote contract service packages.
  • Escalate unresolved or urgent issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Represent the organisation professionally at all times.
  • Maintain daily service and operations reports.
  • Check and manage stock / inventory for service and repair works.
  • Verify backdated invoices and assist in accrual submissions.
  • Ensure accurate billing and closure of work orders.
  • Generate service reports and assist in other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Handle invoice billing (internal, external, and contractors).
  • Follow up on outstanding payments from external customers.
  • Track monthly supply costs for in-house contractors.
  • Monitor job progress for vehicles in the workshop and provide updates.
  • Liaise with the workshop team for urgent jobs and job order raising.
  • Coordinate with contractors on service and maintenance schedules.
  • Provide updates to customers based on contractor feedback.
  • Request and compare quotations from suppliers and negotiate pricing.
  • Order office supplies and check contract pricing for vehicle services.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments, customers, contractors, and workshop staff.

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Comfortable liaising with people across different levels.
  • Additional Information :

  • Salary : Up to SGD 3,600
  • Working Location :  Tuas Cresent
  • Working Hours : 5.5 Days Work, Monday to Friday : 08 : 30 AM - 05 : 30 PM; Alternate Saturdays : 08 : 30 AM - 12 : 30 PM
