Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description :
- Handle contracts in line with internal and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain records and manage contract documentation
- Assist in reviewing and coordinating vendor contracts
- Track key contract dates (renewals, expirations, obligations)
- Collaborate with legal and procurement teams for compliance
- Support vendor onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare and submit documents via the bank’s internal workflow system
- Monitor submission statuses and follow up on approvals
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance
- Perform data entry, prepare reports, and manage internal communications
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Help improve administrative systems and processes
Job Requirements :
