As part of our expansion, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager to support our business growth and marketing initiatives in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales and Marketing Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in solar energy solutions.
- Lead and support a small sales team in achieving individual and group targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
- Manage key client relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth project handover to engineering and technical teams.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns, trade shows, and digital outreach to increase brand visibility.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product and pricing strategies aligned with market demands.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 4-6 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead capacity.
- Background in the solar energy, renewable energy, or construction industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of solar products, energy efficiency systems, and sustainable technologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Able to communicate in mandarin.
