Roles & Responsibilities
Review of draft / executed financing documents such as letters of offer & security / mortgage documents, validate draft financing and security documents against approvals, post acceptance documentation checks, preparation of instructions to lawyers / valuers / insurers and etc.
Perform the daily BAU operations by supporting Business Unit’s post approval documentation processes till redemption / full repayment.
BAU duties include review of executed financing documents (both conventional and Islamic) including letters of offer & security documents, validate draft facility and security documents against approvals, updating of registers, redemption of facilities and other ad hoc duties.
Liaise with Business Units and external parties such lawyers / valuers / insurers.
Perform checks to ensure legal and security documentation are completed, conditions precedent is fulfilled prior to activation of credit facilities, monitoring of conditions subsequent and ensure that the legal and security documents are being custodized
Manage day-to-day business transactions to ensure that the agreed turnaround time with the business is met.
Ensures accuracy, efficiency and meets the agreed turnaround time with the Business Units while minimizing operational risks and losses.
Able to contribute to process improvements and participate in ad-hoc projects
Candidates with minimum 2 years of documentation experience in a financial institution preferred
Diploma / Degree in any discipline
Proficient with MS office applications
