Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose
Part of Customer Policy Services team, responsible for processing Change of Payer and Policy Assignment transactions in accordance with service standards and ensuring compliance with the respective regulatory frameworks.
Job Scope
- Assess and process applications for Change of Payer and Accident & Health policy assignments, ensuring adherence to service timelines, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
- Handle correspondence and respond to enquiries from policyholders, financial representatives and internal stakeholders.
- Provide support in addressing enquiries and appeals received through customer touchpoints
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Policy Administration, Premium Management, and Group Risk Management.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by supervisors.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns / risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Requirements
