Our client is a prominent real estate developer in Hong Kong with a strong portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. They are now seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead and enhance its total rewards strategy. The C&B Manager will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and managing compensation structures, benefits programs, and HR analytics to ensure competitiveness and compliance. This role is critical in supporting talent retention and employee satisfaction through well-aligned rewards strategies.

Key Responsibilities :
Develop and manage compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive plans to attract and retain talentConduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitivenessAdminister annual compensation review cycles, including bonuses, merit increases, and promotionsOversee benefits programs including medical insurance, retirement schemes (e.g. MPF), leave policies, and wellness initiativesPartner with HRBPs and business leaders to provide guidance on pay decisions and job evaluationsEnsure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal governance standardsLead C&B-related projects such as job grading, mobility packages, or reward digitizationProvide analytical insights and dashboards to support HR and business decision-makingManage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and benefits providersRequirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related fieldMinimum 6+ years of experience in C&B roles, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacityPrior experience in real estate, property, or asset management industry preferredStrong knowledge of Hong Kong employment law, MPF, and tax regulationsProficient in Excel and HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsFluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plusEA Licence No : 23S1615
