Roles & Responsibilities

Role :

Site Manager (Construction / Up to $4500)

  • Monday – Saturday 8am – 5pm
  • Office : Ang Mo Kio, Working Site at Island wide
  • $ 3,500 to $ 4,500

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others), Architecture or equivalent.
  • At least 4 – 6 Year(s) of working experience in Site Co-ordination and Building Construction Work.
  • Knowledge in Architectural finishing work.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Attend site meetings when necessary.
  • Overseeing all project activities on-site and making sure they are completed as per schedule.
  • Liaised with Main Contractors and Sub-contractors to ensure the project gets done on time and within budget.
  • Monitoring of work progress, attending project meeting, liaising with Main Contractor and consultant.
  • To manage project by supervising and coordination the site activates.
  • Prepare Monthly site progress report.
