Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Manage front of house functions and support day-to-day facilities services for client’s Singapore office located in Ocean Finance Center; this involves proactive and routine management to ensure that ISS and client’s standards are incorporated into the running of, but not limited to, the following activities :
- Based and work Reception on a fulltime basis.
- Manage Front of House areas and provide high quality customer service to guests and customers; including call handling, meeting room arrangement and serve beverages.
- Support staff meetings and events meeting room setup including moving light furniture or supervise vendor for furniture move and setup.
- Support basic audio & visual equipment setup for FOH rooms.
- Manage day-to-day facilities services such as cleaning, critical equipment maintenance activities, interior repair works and coordinate building services.
- Manage the fulltime cleaner including his / her work tasks and performance.
- Support in staff on-boarding and off-boarding facilities processes and desk moves.
- Administrative duties including key management, order pantry and office supplies with inventory tracking, purchase requisition and invoice settlement.
- Health & Safety : trained as a first aider and a fire warden, regular office inspection, replenish H&S supplies, and follow H&S guidelines and regulations.
- Manage facilities vendor performance and site work schedule and completion.
- Vendor management : manage facilities vendor performance, source quotations, issue purchase orders, check invoices, etc.
- Check furniture and equipment inventory.
- Incident Reporting – follow Client’s and ISS procedures to report accident and incident, support identifying issues and close out of findings.
- Ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
- Escorting - Oversee and host visiting contractors for hard services maintenance activities, often out of hours and on weekends.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years’ facilities services or customer service experience, preferably in financial services or hotels.Service-oriented, able to anticipate customers’ requirements & deal effectively with all levels of customers & stakeholders and ensure services are executed in timely and satisfactory manner.Able to start work on short notice.Interested candidates please send in your resume to :
