Job descriptionDegree in Pharmacy or equivalent, recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Board for registration Able to work 1 Saturday morning, every 3 weeks
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical care at outpatient pharmacy.
- Provide counselling and dispensing of medication, teaching and providing information on medication to patients, their caregivers and other healthcare workers
- Assist patients in the administration of medication.
- Identify, resolve and prevent medication-related problems and ensure accurate and timely distribution of pharmaceutical items.
- Participate in corporate quality improvement projects.
