Roles & Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in preparing planners, proposals, and follow-up emails
- Support the sales team with customer enquiries via email, phone, or WhatsApp
- Help update and maintain client records and CRM system
- Coordinate schedules and set appointments for the sales team
- Prepare simple reports and sales tracking updates
- Organize and file sales documents and contracts
- Assist in marketing campaigns and follow-up messages
- Provide general admin and engagement support as assigned
