Roles & Responsibilities

Information :

Responsibilities :

Start-up, installation and commissioning of front-end automated semiconductor equipment.

Maintenance on semiconductor equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.

Implement continuous enhancement programs on machines to achieve reliability.

Identify opportunities for improvement and to enhance equipment capabilities.

Coordinate logistics activities related to equipment installation / maintenance / repair.

Manage the inventory and availability of spare parts and tools.

Conduct training for customers to ensure they are proficient in operating the equipment.

Provide ongoing support and technical assistance to customers as needed.

Develop relationship with customers and ensure they are satisfactory with the equipment / services.

Addressing customer needs and concerns effectively.

Requirements :

Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering

At least 2 years experience in Semicon industry however entry level are welcome to apply.

Willing to travel overseas for work support and training

Able to be work overtime / standby after office hours, weekends and public holiday / periodic night shift
