Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and engage customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations for skincare and cosmetic products
• Demonstrate proper use of products through in-store testing or mini consultations
• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay updated on the latest beauty trends and launches
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing at all times
• Process customer purchases, returns, and exchanges using POS systems
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, especially when handling testers and samples
• Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and merchandising as needed
• Participate in brand training and promotional activities
• Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary
