Job description

Responsibilities :

Review, update and coordinate all architectural work including shop drawings for the project and resolve drawings discrepancy.
Liaise, supervise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects and work.
Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect of architectural works.
Coordinate with architect, structural engineer and M&E engineer to resolve construction problems and issues.
Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
To assist Project Manager to develop project requirements, specifications and tender clarifications.
To attend to construction site coordination works and meeting.
Carry out daily supervision and coordination of all architectural implementations at site.
Prepare any necessary construction method statement and technical proposal to ensure smooth transition of works.
To liaise with RTO for inspection and resolve and monitor rectifications.
Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings and materials as well as supervise work progress.
Liaise closely with consultants and sub-contractors; conduct routine inspection of installed works.
Other ad-hoc job assigned by Project Manager.

Requirements :

Degree in Architecture.

At least 4 years of relevant experience in Construction.

Good sense of structural and architectural design.

Good track records & working experience with MNC / A1 / A2 main contractors preferred.

Experience in handling HDB BTO project is referred.

Good communication and people skills.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-tasks.

Able to work independently without supervision.

Able to work 5.5working days per week at HDB Construction site.
