Roles & Responsibilities
Our client, a well-known Japanese company is looking for candidates for the IPQA Assistant Engineer position.
Responsibilities :
- Failure Analysis
- Perform failure analysis on product to identify root cause of failure.
- Generate technical report of failure analysis finding and email to relevant process.
- Maintain and oversee calibration of analysis tools & equipment.
- Responsible for daily tracking and updating for Failure Analysis cases for further review.
- Maintain SS & Safety compliances in Analysis room.
- Non-Conformance Report (NCR)
- Assist Quality engineer in managing the non-conformance product handling.
- Provide analytical service in support of non-conformance product processing.
- Corrective Action & Preventive Action (CAPA)
- Assist Quality engineer in managing the CAPA (Correction Action & Preventive Action) processing.
- Product Quality / Reliability Improvement
Requirements :
Diploma in Mechatronic & Robotics / Electronics / Electrical Engineering.Failure Analysis skill will be added advantage.Strong interpersonal & analytical skills. Self-motivated, independent, able to contribute as a team player.Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft office, Excel, Words & Power point).Comfortable to work in clean room environment+ dry room (0% humidity).Assist Quality engineer in quality improvement activities.Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please clock on “Apply”.
