Roles & Responsibilities
Descriptions :
- Ensure safe food handling practices and maintain cleanliness at all work stations.
- Assist in food preparation, including washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, and meat.
- Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness and ensure proper garbage disposal.
- Clean and wash kitchen equipment, including plates, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Ensure proper dishwashing procedures and upkeep of dishwashing equipment.
- Label and store ingredients and finished food items appropriately.
- Assist at the food service counter when required.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
