Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare order
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock.
- Check order details to ensure accuracy before dispatch.
- Coordinate with courier / logistics providers for pickups and tracking.
- Receive and inspect incoming and returned stocks
- Respond and assist with customer enquiries
Requirements
Prior experience in order fulfilment, warehousing, or e-commerce preferred.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Familiar with basic computer tasks (e.g., printing labels, updating order status).Positive attitude and team player.What We Offer
