SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER / PROJECT ENGINEER (ACMV / PSG / FIRE / ELECTRICAL)

As a Project Engineer at APP Engineering Pte Ltd, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality electrical systems for building construction projects across Singapore. You will be part of a dynamic team committed to safety, compliance, and engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution and Site Planning — Plan, schedule, and oversee on-site installation of related system and services.
• Assist in preparing material BOQs, selecting equipment, and recommending installation methods.
• Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination — Work closely with consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Attend coordination and progress meetings to resolve technical and scheduling issues.
• Supervise site activities including sub-contracted works and workforce deployment.
• Monitor site progress, resource allocation, and material usage to prevent wastage.
• Regulatory & Safety Compliance — Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations (e.g. NEA, PUB, EMA, SCDF).
• Conduct site safety inspections and implement corrective actions when risks are identified.
• Testing, Commissioning & Troubleshooting — Liaise with consultants and RE / RTOs for inspections, testing, and commissioning.
• Lead the testing and commissioning of systems to verify safety and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation or commissioning.
• Documentation & Reporting — Prepare and manage project documentation including drawings, material records, inspection reports, and progress updates.
• Ensure proper documentation for authority submissions and project handover.
