About the role
The Account Manager will be responsible for managingassigned client accounts, maintaining relationships with keystakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The AccountManager will need to support all aspects of day-to-day accountmanagement. This role reports directly to the Director.

- Build andmaintain strong relationships with clients, serving as theirprimary point of contact
- Organise, prepare,conduct and lead regular business and performancereviews
- Conduct training sessions andworkshops for clients and their vendors
- Ability to handle client accounts from differentindustries in APAC regions
- Ability toeffectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-pacedenvironment while maintaining strict attention to detail
- Effectively manage any issues that arise
- Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to yourbook of business, including escalation and troubleshooting toresolve client issues

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Logistics, Statistics, or related fieldCustomer Service experience in Logistics / supply chainindustry is preferableExcellent communicationand presentation skillsProficient inMicrosoft Office applications, such as excel. Experience in SQL ispreferable.Strong interpersonal andrelationship-building skillsAbility to managemultiple projects and clients simultaneouslyAnalytical and strategic thinking skillsStrong work ethic and ability to navigate and thrive infast-changing work environmentsIndependentand a team playerFast learner, flexible andreliableFluent in English as the rolerequires managing internal and external communication in English.Chinese language is plus
