About the role

The Account Manager will be responsible for managingassigned client accounts, maintaining relationships with keystakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The AccountManager will need to support all aspects of day-to-day accountmanagement. This role reports directly to the Director.

JobDescription

  • Build andmaintain strong relationships with clients, serving as theirprimary point of contact
  • Organise, prepare,conduct and lead regular business and performancereviews
  • Conduct training sessions andworkshops for clients and their vendors
  • Ability to handle client accounts from differentindustries in APAC regions
  • Ability toeffectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-pacedenvironment while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Effectively manage any issues that arise
  • Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to yourbook of business, including escalation and troubleshooting toresolve client issues
  • Ad hoc tasks assign byDirector

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Logistics, Statistics, or related field
  • Customer Service experience in Logistics / supply chainindustry is preferable
  • Excellent communicationand presentation skills
  • Proficient inMicrosoft Office applications, such as excel. Experience in SQL ispreferable.
  • Strong interpersonal andrelationship-building skills
  • Ability to managemultiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to navigate and thrive infast-changing work environments
  • Independentand a team player
  • Fast learner, flexible andreliable
  • Fluent in English as the rolerequires managing internal and external communication in English.Chinese language is plus
