As the Senior Lead, Partnerships at MoneyHero Group, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our platform from a comparison tool into a comprehensive financial management hub. This position is crucial for driving our next phase of growth and innovation by leading the Creatory function for our Singapore market. Your expertise will help shape our affiliate and partnership strategies, leveraging your extensive experience to elevate our position in the market.
The Senior Lead, Partnerships will be responsible for :
Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate and partnership strategy to drive growth and integration of our financial management platform. Define the strategic direction and set goals for the Creatory function.Team Leadership : Lead an Account Manager in providing guidance and support to ensure his / her professional development and success. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.Affiliate Recruitment : Spearhead efforts to recruit and onboard top-tier affiliates and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Explore new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through effective negotiation and deal-making.Affiliate Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 & 2 affiliates in Singapore. Negotiate contracts, optimize deals, and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Regularly review and analyze affiliate performance to drive improvements.Channel Partner Management : Maintain and grow relationships with key channel partners to strengthen collaboration, maximize distribution opportunities, and drive incremental revenue growth.Data-Driven Insights : Champion the use of data to inform strategies and decisions. Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand market trends, performance metrics, and revenue drivers. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance revenue and partner success.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal operational and creative teams to refine landing pages, marketing campaigns, and overall affiliate network performance. Ensure alignment and integration of efforts across functions.Stakeholder Engagement : Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners. Position yourself as a trusted industry expert and advocate for the company's vision and objectives.Risk Management : Evaluate and mitigate revenue risks associated with new strategies and initiatives. Develop and implement strategies to address potential challenges.In this role, we are looking for someone with :
A minimum of 7 years of experience in Account Management / Partnerships role with strong knowledge of the eCommerce and affiliate / content creator industry, with at least 2 years of team / people management experience.Exceptional communication skills, particularly in presenting complex quantitative analysis in targeted, easily understandable messagingAbility to interface & communicate with different internal and external stakeholdersProven experience in identifying growth opportunities, and driving the implementation of solutions to realize themStrong understanding of revenue drivers and commercial environmentDemonstrated skills in understanding conversion drivers in an online environmentKnowledge of statistics, and applying to commercial problem solvingA proven track record of working on own initiative and an instinctive "can-do" attitude, with a strong focus on delivering resultsExcellent ability to communicate and a structured approach to capture new leads and projects as well as assignments and to solve challengesAttention to detail to ensure nothing is overlooked and every little detail is thought about and executed perfectlyComfortable working with numerical skills and detail-orientedStrong entrepreneurial spirit and passionEEO Statement
