Roles & Responsibilities

As part of our strategic role, we provide comprehensive treasury and financial services. Our core operations include :

Cash management and cash pooling
Arrangement of ship financing
Maintaining Singapore’s Finance & Treasury Centre (FTC) Incentive status
Providing accounting, tax filing, and payroll support as part of shared services

Responsibilities :

Support the end-to-end ship financing process for both project and corporate financing, including :

Drafting Requests for Financing (RfP) and negotiating term sheets

Compiling and preparing due diligence materials for potential lenders

Reviewing key contracts such as shipbuilding agreements, charter agreements, and loan documentation

Coordinating conditions precedent and subsequent for financing deals

Prepare internal presentations and board papers to support financing decisions and approvals

Assist in implementing hedging strategies to manage interest rate and foreign exchange risks

Monitor and track financial covenants for secured loan facilities across affiliate companies

Keep up to date with shipping industry developments and ship financing trends

Provide ad hoc support on broader treasury matters, including M&A due diligence and investment evaluations, as required

Requirement :

Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Maritime Business, or International Trade

1–3 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas :

Ship finance or other asset-backed financing

Corporate banking, loan portfolio management, loan agency or documentation roles in a bank

Corporate finance or tax advisory in an audit firm

Treasury / corporate finance roles in sectors Eg. shipping, aviation, logistics, real estate, energy / commodities

Strong ability to review and interpret legal contracts is a significant plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite is essential

Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal is advantageous
