Objectives of the Position :
Responsible for basic maintenance of equipment & Automation Routing Servicing within the premises, with a focus on candidates who possess good electrical knowledge.
Follows instructions and schedules closely for conducting regular preventive maintenance work such as changing of lubrication oil, tuning machine speeds and other calibration on the food production equipment.
Major Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the basis preventive routine maintenance schedule of essential Facilities &
Equipment such as :2. Demonstrate strong electrical skills, including proficiency in using electrical test
equipment such as multi-meters, meggers, and other specialized tools.
3. In this role, individuals will be required to work closely with other specialists or
Technician to ensure the smooth running of the equipment.
4. Schedule maintenance activities in consultation with affected work areas to minimize
disruption.
5. Ensure all documentations are updated and filed.
6. Ensure contractors comply with the organization's WSH and EMS standards and practices.
7. Responsible for engineering support to production. Involved in training of
production staff of correct handling equipment & simple maintenance procedures.
8. Must be able to commit overtime work on weekdays / weekend / Holiday.
