Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and prioritize daily web production tasks using project management tools.
  • Edit and publish web content for product launches, events, and marketing campaigns across multiple regional websites using AEM and other CMS tools.
  • Build campaign landing pages with accurate tracking implementation.
  • Manage the end-to-end localization process—from request creation to publishing on regional sites.
  • Collaborate with global marketing, engineering, and creative teams to roll out new features and updates, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Develop engaging email campaigns and nurture programs.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards for design, accessibility, and production.
  • Conduct proactive quality assurance checks to identify and fix bugs, typos, and other site issues.
  • Contribute to the improvement and optimization of web production workflows.

Job Requirements :

  • At least 8 years of experience in web production, specifically building and publishing websites using AEM in a B2B setting.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in email development; experience with Marketo is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in editing and publishing content across multiple regions and locales.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
  • A proactive problem-solver with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and recommend effective solutions.
  • Exceptionally organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working directly with a company’s headquarters is highly desirable.
