Currently, there is an increase in demand for lawyers with shipping and commodities experience, and we are on the look-out for legally trained and qualified individuals with the following attributes :

• 5 years’ PQE and above
• Experience with Commodity Trading and Risk Management solutions across the Commercial Function.
• Experience advising the business in making Commodity Trading and Risk Management solution decisions.
• An understanding of Metals, Bulk Commodities (IO / Coal), Oil and Gas.
• Commercially minded - Experience working in Commercial functions and understanding commercial processes and associated data flows and impacts
• Available to start assignments at short notice
• Currently based in Singapore

You will have gained your experience within a top-tier law firm. You will have a hands-on, can-do approach, be able to use your initiative and not be afraid to roll up your sleeves. You will need to be prepared to manage relationships, be adaptable and have the ability to provide commercial solutions across a range of environments.

Our full time and part time assignments typically include working within our clients’ organisations on secondment. Our clients range from large international investment banks to corporates and start-ups.
