Job descriptionPossesses a degree in the teaching subject; and / or is a degree holder in a related field Possesses at least 3 years of relevant teaching experience at Secondary and / or Post Secondary levels. Able to work closely with uniformed and non-uniformed Prison staff
30-$50 / hour
Responsibilities :
- Deliver academic lessons
- Deliver Character and Citizenship lessons
- Supervise students' progress
- Monitor students' attendance and following up with their reasons for absence
- Set up resources
- Set examination papers and mark examination scripts
- Perform relief duties when contingencies arise
- Attend professional development workshops / retreats / meetings discussions
- Engage with next-of-kins during Parents-Teachers-Officers-Meetings
