Laundry Supervisor/North Area/$5000 max

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the laundry section as a Team Lead
• Operate and supervise the operation of laundry machinery as assigned
• Train and coach new laundry attendants
• Ensure and observe workplace safety practices
• Ensure and maintain cleanliness of working area
• Includes rostering, supervising, and training of laundry attendants
• Must be willing to be hands-on
• Experienced to manage around 30 laundry attendants at every shift

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; candidates with operational backgrounds from other industries are welcome to apply
• Good team player with ability to lead a team
• Able to rotate 2 shifts
• Working hrs: Mon to Sat - 9am to 5.20pm/11.40pm to 8am
