Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Principal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a range of executive, administrative, and personal tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
1.Travel and Itinerary Support : Assist with packing, accompanying the principal on outings, and providing logistical support for domestic and international travel.
2. Public Relations and Image Support : Coordinate preparations for event appearances, including makeup scheduling, outfit coordination, and setup of makeup and styling areas.
3. Administrative Tasks : Handle meeting minutes, document processing, and data filing / maintenance.
4. General Affairs : Manage the household environment, organize inventory, arrange meals and refreshments, and oversee wardrobe management. E.g. : Design and arrange decorative elements, such as artwork or photographs, in the master bedroom to elevate its visual appeal and overall ambiance
5. Procurement : Responsible for purchasing items and maintaining vendor directories. Example : Coordinate the purchase of gowns, handbags, cosmetics, and skincare products; accompany the principal for exclusive launches or new product arrivals.
6. Other Tasks Assigned by Supervisors : Any additional responsibilities or special assignments as delegated from time to time.
Rotational Schedule :
8-hour rotating shift system, 5 working days per week (1 day off on a weekday and 1 day off on the weekend.
9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM OR 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM
