Site Engineer (Construction)
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in supervising and managing site activities.
- Plan, schedule, forecast, conduct, and coordinate both technical and management aspects of projects.
- Monitor and control material and labour costs.
- Coordinate and review engineering deliverables.
- Attend site meetings, inspections, and monitor project progress with main contractors and sub-contractors.
- Liaise and coordinate with consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, local authorities, environmental agencies, and relevant government bodies to ensure successful project implementation.
- Oversee day-to-day project execution and resolve construction-related issues promptly.
- Ensure quality control and assurance to meet project objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Enforce safe work procedures to manage and control risks.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in A&A works, civil engineering, or earthworks.Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.Strong team player with a positive work attitude.Interested applicants please submit your resume to joepster.lim@share-resources.com
