Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• In charge of performing daily operational activities in commercial building which includes attending to tenants' enquiries, needs and complaints.
• Responsible in performing preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control

Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
• Min 2 years of working experience in facilities management/ ACMV
• Rotating shift is requried
