Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and evaluate child's strengths and developmental milestones
- Document behavioural reports and individual educational plans, evaluate outcome
- Deliver tailored interventions activity to individual needs of child
- Collaborate with early childhood educators to implement and setup suitable classroom environment
- Conduct internal trainings for educators and parents to enhance their understanding and skills to support child's learning
- Conduct team meetings with Allied Health Care Professionals such as Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist and Psychologist.
- Planning and implementation of social / emotional / behavioural interventions
