Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Under broad directions, leads / guides the day to day activities of one or more manufacturing departments.
• Responsible for maintaining production schedule and attaining effective resource utilization.
• Provide supervision for direct and dual report functions such as manufacturing, quality, procurement, planning, maintenance & etc.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees such as SHMS
• Manage the budget for the factory staff to ensure that all employees are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
