Roles & Responsibilities
You will work closely with the Studio Managers to ensure the smooth running of the studios.
Duties :
Assist the Manager in the overall management and operations, including administration and front desk duties.
Handle studios bookings through phone calls and emails.
Attend to general inquiries, assist parents in enquiries regarding enrolment
Follow up all student enrollment matters.
Collection and recording of school fees.
Providing administrative supports.
Updating of programmes, activities and events.
Requirement :
Part time, flexible arrangement, Full time
Location : East
Minimum commitment 6 months including 1 weekend
