As

a Staff Nurse (Community), you will be responsible for the

following duties :

• Provide nursing care to the patients.
• Perform nursing procedures

Educating

and giving recommendation to patients to improve

condition.

Monitoring vital signs and ensuring

safety of care

Ensure proper documentations of

patient's progress.

Adhere to nursing and

infection control guidelines and regulations.

Ensure treatment stations are tidied and sterilized

according to guidelines and SOP.

Other tasks

assigned.

Requirements :

• Possess Diploma in Nursing.

Must be

registered with Singapore Nursing Board

(SNB).
