Roles & Responsibilities

Location : Tuas Naval Base

Responsibilities :

Logistics Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the full logistics support function

2. Supervise and develop a team of supervisors and logistics support staff.

3. Manage inventory, infrastructure, estate services, and equipment lifecycle.

4. Liaise with contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operational execution.

5. Plan and coordinate logistics support for large-scale events, deployments, and special operations.

6. Monitor KPIs, prepare operational reports, and recommend process improvements.

7. Ensure all logistics activities comply with security, safety, and audit requirements.

Procurement Responsibilities

1. Oversee procurement processes and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards.

2. Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to secure quality goods / services at optimal cost.

3. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, audit requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
