Job Responsibilities :
Develop detailed inspection plans for aerospace components and assemblies, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, engineering specifications, and regulatory standards.Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define the most appropriate inspection methods and criteria for new parts, assemblies, and systems.Identify and select suitable inspection tools, techniques, and measurement equipment (e.g., CMM, optical, gaging etc.).Establish acceptance criteria and tolerances for aerospace products based on engineering drawings, material specifications, and industry standards.Create and maintain detailed inspection reports, documentation, and records, ensuring that all inspection activities are traceable and compliant with regulatory requirementsDevelop inspection records that support traceability and certification, including first article inspections (FAI), in-process inspections, and final inspections.Create CMM or Gear Programming for in process inspection and final inspection.Ensure that all inspection processes adhere to aerospace industry standards, including AS9100, AS9110, AS9120, NADCAP, FAA regulations, and customer-specific requirementsEnsure compliance with safety standards and regulations, ensuring that all personnel are trained and knowledgeable about relevant protocols.Support internal and external audits related to inspection processes and quality assurance systems.Investigate and perform root cause analysis for any quality issues or inspection failures, using tools such as 8D, FMEA, and Fishbone diagrams.Lead initiatives to improve inspection processes, reduce inspection times, and increase the accuracy and reliability of inspectionsRequirements :
