Job Title : Marketing Executive
Job Role Description
The Marketing Executive plays a key role in executing day-to-day marketing activities across content creation, social media, digital marketing, e-commerce, and event coordination.
This role involves in assisting in the development of creative content, managing online platforms, liaising with vendors, maintaining CRM systems, and supporting the smooth execution of marketing campaigns. Strengthening the company’s brand and positioning in the market will drive overall sales and company growth.
This job responsibilities shall include but not be limited to :
Marketing
Content & Graphic Design
- Create content creative & key visuals.
- Create compelling content for ad-hoc marketing materials.
- Assist in liaising with company’s appointed marketing agency.
- Assist in the creation & production of visual assets. (Photoshoot or Video etc)
- Incorporating the above items as part of Social Media Calendar Content Planning, Development & Execution (Schedule, Publish and Post)
Digital Marketing
Assist with our social media accounts management. Respond to customer inquiries, engaging with consumers, and promoting wine-related content and retail promotions.Assist Marketing Team Members in executing online marketing campaigns.Compilation of social media campaign reports to summarize overall campaign performance.Collaboration with external Vendors on SEO development & improvement.Assist to schedule and publish approved content on social media.Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and comments.Marketing Operations
Carry out duties according to marketing roster.Supporting customer relationship management efforts, which involve managing customer databases, implementing loyalty programs, and executing personalized marketing campaigns.Assist in planning and executing events / campaigns, such as wine tastings, wine pairing dinners, participating in trade shows or wine festivals and taking photos, videos, and managing digital uploads of content.Collaboration and coordination with external vendors and partners for potential collaboration & mechanics as required.Collating & providing educational resources and materials.Maintaining a well-organized digital file and efficient filing system.Advocado- Customer Relationship Management Platform management.Provide printing support and source marketing materials as required by the Sales and Operations teamsE-Commerce
Assist in managing and maintaining online store / e-commerce platform. (Website, Online Marketplace e.g Vivino, Deliveroo & Grab Mart)Ensure Process and fulfillment of online orders.Help with product listings by uploading comprehensive product descriptions, images, and organizing product information.Preparation of e-commerce data reports by platform, such as sales performance, customer behavior, and conversion rates, to gain insights into customer preferences and make data-driven decisions.Work with team members to optimize the e-commerce platform and develop marketing strategies.Provide support for customer service efforts related to online purchases.Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication / Marketing or other related fields.Minimum 2-5 years of marketing experience.Experience in retail or F&B industry will be added advantage.Proficient in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator etc. will be added advantage,Strong interpersonal & communication skillsWell organized, good team player & willing to learnBenefits :
