SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE
1. Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Produce attractive visuals and captions using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Maintain a consistent brand tone and ensure alignment with marketing campaigns
- Track and report on engagement metrics (reach, followers, comments, views)
2. PM Engagement & Sales Conversion
Respond quickly and professionally to DMs, comments, and WhatsApp inquiriesUnderstand customer needs and provide accurate product recommendationsGuide potential customers from inquiry to purchase (product info → price → appointment / checkout)Follow up with warm leads to increase closing rateRecord customer details and conversion data in simple CRM logs or spreadsheets3. Marketing & Brand Support
Support in running promotions, campaigns, and influencer collaborationsAssist in basic event or roadshow postings, story updates, and live engagementCollect customer feedback for improvement and marketing insightsRequirements
1. At least 1–3 years experience in social media, digital marketing, or sales
2. Proficient in English, and conversational Mandarin is a plus
3. Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Tools
4. Creative thinker with good communication and customer empathy
5. Enjoys chatting and building relationships online
6. Sales-driven with positive energy and consistent follow-through
