- Candidate must possess at least Nitec in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
As an Accounts cum Admin Assistant, you will provide support in financial and administrative tasks. Candidate must be capable in managing financial records and performing a variety of administrative tasks to facilitate our day-to-day operation.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Administer and monitor the financial system to ensure that the finances are maintained in an accurate and timely mannerProcess daily AR and AP transactions, ensure transactions are properly recorded and maintained in systemsProcess cash / bank reconciliation with completeness and accuracyPreparation of audit schedules, and assist with annual statutory auditProvide administrative support within Finance departmentProvide IT administrative support including scheduling appointments with Global IT department for periodic system updates and maintenancePerform general office duties including filing, storage, handling phone call and security of documentsPerform other related duties as requiredREQUIREMENTS :
