Fleet Operations Manager

The Fleet Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of maintenance programs, analyzing breakdown trends to inform strategic intervention measures.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies;
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop workplace safety and health initiatives;
  • Partner with engineers to optimize vessel performance and reduce downtime;
  • Support sustainability efforts by implementing data-driven decarbonization initiatives;
  • Provide operational support for overseas business units, including readiness audits and asset mobilization;
  • Lead workforce engagement and change management initiatives across local and international operations;

Requirements :

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or equivalent;
  • Have at least 6 years of experience managing a fleet of tugs and harbour crafts;
  • Possess strong analytical skills and expertise in shipyard operations;
  • Be willing to undertake short overseas assignments;
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership and project management abilities.
