Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
1. Sales Data Management : Compile sales performance metrics and order data, generate reports and synchronise them regularly to ensure data accuracy and traceability;
2. Sales Support : Assist with order processing workflows and contract archiving, coordinate client communications and post-sales liaison, track procurement and distribution of sales materials;
3. Administrative Coordination : Organise sales meetings, compile meeting minutes, manage sales team schedules and travel expense claims, maintain customer information archives;
4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Liaise with Marketing, Finance and other departments to implement sales-related processes and address administrative requirements of the sales team.
