Job descriptionBachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in operation support management, with a focus on software or technology products Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to managing service requests, ability to extract essence of conversations to identify action items and responsible parties. Have a strong appreciation of resource planning and able to structure work and planning around constraints. Have a keen sense of business and operations, to be customer centric and contribute actively to how the team shapes our quality of services Strong understanding of the cloud industry particularly in AWS. Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure to prioritize tasks and assignment effectively. Experience in resource allocation for both human and material to tasks as needed. Possess attention to detail, structure and practicality in planning, build strong rapport with stakeholders and peers Familiarity with government procurement and project governance processes is a plus Communication : Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and updates to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers. Collaboration : Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and product team to align platform stability with planned roadmap. Adaptability : Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to respond to customer feedback, platform delivery, and evolving priorities. Problem-solving : Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges faced in day-to-day operation, making informed decisions and finding innovative solutions. Empathy : A user-centric mindset with the ability to understand and advocate for customer needs, fostering empathy in operation support and decision-making. Negotiation : Proficient negotiation skills to manage priorities, resources, and timelines with stakeholders, finding mutually beneficial solutions and managing competing interests. Time Management : Excellent time management and organizational skills to effectively manage operation and service availability.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
As a Project / Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for :
- Working with operation team to manage day to day operations and customers requests
- Managing operation support team to ensure platform stability and efficiency
- Working closely with the engineering team and stakeholders on maintenance and service quality and uptime.
- Identifying and mitigating risks to platform availability, and escalate issues as necessary
- Driving continuous improvement in platform operation processes and methodologies, aligning with government standards and best practices
- Reviewing and identifying area of automating mundane and repetitive operation processes together with operation support team.
