Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client, a Singapore-based research organisation with a strong focus on social trends and public opinion to join their growing team.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Conducting structured phone surveys and collecting of on public opinion and social trends
  • Update responses into computer systems (Training will be provided)

Job Requirements :

  • Min. GCE ‘N’ Level
  • Effective telephone communication skills
  • Able to handle situations in a calm & professional manner
  • Proficient in English and one or more of the following languages
  • Proficient in computer software
  • Prior call-centre or phone interviewing or surveyor experience will be preferred
  • Self-motivated and take a proactive approach to work
  • Working Hours : Monday to Friday / 4 Hours ONLY

    Afternoon -12.30pm to 4.30pm x 2 Headcount

    Evening -5.30pm to 9.30pm x 4 Headcount
