We are committed to innovation, excellence, and customer satisfaction.We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Operations Executive to join our team and drive our online sales and digital presence.Qualifications : - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Detailed, meticulous and resourceful- Highly responsible and able to multi-task- Self-motivated attitude with the ability to take ownership of projects- Good verbal, written communication, presentation skills, interpersonal skillsResponsibilities : - Send Enquiry / Requisitions to suppliers for quotation- Processing Purchase Requisition; Issue of Purchase Orders- Follow up closely with suppliers for on time delivery and quality of products- Follow up payments to suppliers with Accounts Department- Perform inventory and administrative tasks such as updating databases- Order fufillment- Product Sourcing- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
