Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview :

As the Senior PMO, you will oversee the planning, execution, and alignment of strategic projects. You will work cross-functionally with teams and leaders worldwide to drive key initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery aligned with our business objectives. This is a highly influential role, giving you the chance to make a direct impact on our technology and product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive and oversee global and regional projects from inception through execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards.
  • Align cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Operations, for cohesive and efficient project execution.
  • Provide clear and concise project updates to stakeholders, proactively managing risks and mitigating issues.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously enhance project management processes and best practices for optimal project delivery.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, or equivalent) is a must
  • 10+ years of experience in a Tech PMO role, focusing on strategic initiatives and cross-functional project leadership, ideally within a large tech firm.
  • 5 + years experience in executing regional product implemenation
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, with proficiency in both Chinese and English to engage effectively with regional stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and influence at all organizational levels.
