to join our luxury retail team at prime locations in Singapore. If

Key

Responsibilities :

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a

personalized and memorable shopping experience

Advise clients on product features, trends, and styling

and technical details (watches)

Achieve and

exceed sales targets, upselling and cross-selling when

appropriate

Maintain visual merchandising

standards, ensuring product displays are clean, attractive, and

aligned with brand aesthetics

Assist with

inventory management, stock replenishment, and accurate

record-keeping

Handle customer inquiries,

complaints, and follow-ups professionally

Collaborate with team members and management to drive

store performance and customer satisfaction

Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and product

launches as

required

Preferred

Skills & Attributes :

Presentable, confident, and outgoing

personality

Excellent communication and

interpersonal skills

Strong interest in luxury

fashion or watches

Professional, proactive,

and solution-oriented

Relevant retail

experience in luxury brands is highly

preferred
