About The Role

We are seeking a highly-motivated Registered Staff Nurse who will have to provide home nursing services. Nursing-related duties in our chain of family clinics may also be assigned when required. The ideal candidate should possess a growth mindset geared towards continual enhancement and adaptation, showcasing traits such as curiosity, proactiveness, a team player, and adeptness in navigating ambiguity amid our expansion of home nursing services.

Job Description

• Conduct home visits to provide healthcare services including but not limited to intravenous antibiotic therapy, neonatal jaundice screening, and health screening for chronic disease.
• Perform nursing procedures such as blood taking, intravenous cannulation, wound dressings and vaccinations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient’s condition and assessments in compliance with the Singapore Nursing Board’s (SNB) Code for Nurses and Midwives, and the relevant regulations or protocols established by the management team.
• To carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements :

Nurses with no experience / fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
