QC Laboratory Leader

Job Overview

The QC Laboratory Manager will assist the Quality Control Manager in categorizing final product and reworked lots. They will be responsible for troubleshooting quality issues, implementing improvements from analysis gap studies, and monitoring in-process samples.

• Monitor staff, equipment, and laboratory processes to ensure quality control system efficiency.
• Prepare quality reports and updates.
• Coordinate daily activities of a team of Laboratory Assistants who check, test, and inspect raw materials, goods in process, and finished products.
• Prioritize and assign tasks to ensure effective use of team resources and meet work schedules and targets.
