a strong focus on Japanese equities and growing exposure across

Asia.

Investment

Analyst (Japan) This role specialises in Japanese listed

equities.

Language Requirement : A

high level of proficiency in Japanese (reading, writing, and

speaking) is essential. This is required for conducting in-depth

research, which includes reading financial reports, company

disclosures, and local news sources published exclusively in

Japanese, as well as engaging directly with company management

teams in Japan.

you'll do

Conduct deep fundamental

research and build financial models

Analyse

company performance, valuations, industry trends, and macro

drivers

Generate high-conviction investment

ideas and present to the investment team

Engage with companies, track regulatory changes, and

deliver actionable

insights

What we're

looking for

Minimum 3 years'

experience in equity research, or buy-side investing

Strong financial modelling and valuation

expertise

Proven ability to produce

differentiated investment ideas through rigorous due

diligence

Intellectual curiosity, strong work

ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced

environment
