Roles & Responsibilities

• The Senior Civil and Structural Engineer is responsible for leading the execution of projects in alignment with specified requirements. This includes reviewing designs, specifications, calculations, and submittals, as well as overseeing project assessment phases.
• The engineer ensures all designs and models comply with project standards and leads the tendering process. They manage a team of engineers while driving continuous performance and process improvements.
• The role may also involve fulfilling the duties of a Qualified Person as defined under the Building Control Act.
• The Senior Engineer must demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in civil and structural engineering practices, along with solid project management skills, is essential.
• Leadership ability and effective communication are key traits for success in this position.
• The role requires flexibility to work in both office environments and on-site at project locations.
