Roles & Responsibilities
This role is based at our Loyang (East) Office.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure service jobs (depot and on-site) are accomplished to meet committed turnaround time and quality objectives
- Work in the service department and customer site, repair / calibrate equipment and provide technical support for Rohde & Schwarz products
- Repair equipment with ideally zero return
- Site troubleshooting, repair and calibration
- Provide technical support to other service center / subsidiaries
- Optimize service process and asset utilization
- Ensure traceability of service work
- Conduct regional service training to internal Rohde & Schwarz stakeholders
- Evaluate new product service capability
- Comply to ISO 9001 standard requirement
- Other duties or tasks as assigned on an as-needed basis
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma in Electronics / Communication Engineering or relevant field of studiesMinimum 3-year work experiences in RF or Wireless industryPreferably has experience with Test & Measurement equipmentStrong Test & Measurement technologies knowledgeStrong RF knowledge and good concept of metrologyStrong analytical skill, service mindset, culture & qualitiesGood soldering skillsSelf-motivated and initiativeGood communication & interpersonal skillsWilling to travel to customer siteAble to work independently as well as a team playerTell employers what skills you have
